3D printing

Resin or FDM, picked per part

Printing is our core. Resin for fine detail and smooth surfaces, FDM for larger, tougher, cheaper parts. Both print overnight, so lead time is usually the same. Which one suits your part?

CNC machining

Machined parts, and machined finishing

Solid aluminium, stainless and POM parts when a print will not do, plus CNC finishing of printed parts so the critical features hit tolerance.

  • Reamed bores and fitted faces

    Printed housings and brackets with bores and mating faces machined to ±0.01 mm.

  • Real threads

    Tapped threads in machined parts, heat-set or threaded inserts in printed ones. Either way they hold.

  • Solid metal when it must be

    Fixtures, nozzle holders and wear parts milled from 6061, 7075, 304 stainless and POM. Bead blast or anodize to finish.

CNC + SLA hybrid

Printed in resin, finished on the CNC

The shape comes off the printer overnight. The features that have to fit are then machined, so you get the detail and price of a print with the accuracy of a machined part where it counts.

    Print with supports

    The housing is printed in resin with extra stock left on every critical feature.

  2. 02

    Wash, cure, remove supports

    Fully cured so the part is stable and stiff enough to hold in a vice.

  3. 03

    Machine what matters

    Bores reamed, mating faces skimmed flat, holes drilled and tapped or fitted with inserts, to ±0.01 mm.

  4. 04

    Inspect and ship

    Critical dimensions checked against your drawing before the part leaves.

    Price it

    Upload an STL and choose material, finish, quantity and lead time. The price comes from your part's volume, size and surface area.

  2. 02

    Send the quote

    Email or WhatsApp it to us with your model. For CNC parts, include a drawing that shows tolerances and threads.

  3. 03

    Engineer review

    We check the design and confirm the final price within one working day. If a feature is hard to make, we suggest a change.

  4. 04

    Make and deliver

    Pay the confirmed quote and production starts. Collect from the workshop or we courier the parts anywhere in Malaysia.
